Suggested items for cross-country camp
Three meals per day, some snacks and beverages are provided at cross-country camp. It is suggested that athletes bring the following:
2 pairs of running shoes (if you have them)
2 pairs of socks per day
Everyday and workout clothes (be sure to bring at least one rain jacket or windbreaker and one hoodie or other that can be worn in the event it is unseasonably cold at night).
Workout gear for 8-10 workouts
swim suit
bedding (each room has 2 single beds. sleeping bag and pillow are recommended at minimum)
Personal toiletries
1-2 towels
Personal snacks and beverages (a small amount of room per person is available in the refrigerator)
Personal entertainment items (movies should be age appropriate. A DVD player will be available)
A small fan (one per room)
Flashlight
NOTE: Do not bring excess money as there will be nowhere to spend it.
